DELIVERY 

Determine when you’d like your parcel to be delivered through DPD's Predict service. The day before your delivery, you will receive a text message or e-mail with the delivery time, accurate up to 1 hour. So you never have to wait at home for the delivery guy! With the live tracking URL you know exactly where the delivery guy is located.

In order to offer the best possible service, we ship all our orders via DPD Parcel Service through their PREDICT service.


Shipping costs

Your shipping costs are clearly displayed when you place your order. 

For orders under €50, the shipping costs to Ireland is €4.95.
For orders above €50, the shipping costs are included in the total price.

 

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

As soon as you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You can follow the progress of your order via the track & trace link. Your order is usually handed over by our warehouse to the parcel service within 1 to 2 business days and sent to the delivery address the following day. Normally, your package will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. If you’re not at home, the package will be delivered to your neighbours or the delivery person will try again the next day. By means of DPD's PREDICT service, we’ll send you an e-mail or text message the evening before delivery, stating the package will be delivered the next working day with your track & trace link enclosed. On the delivery day itself, you will receive the 1-hour delivery time slot and the live tracking link before 09:00. If you want to know exactly where your package is, you can see it via DPD's live tracking system. If you’re not at home during the delivery attempt of your package, you can change your delivery until shortly before the 1-hour period. The options include:

  1. Deliver the parcel on a different date;
  2. Deliver package to another location (next day);
  3. Deliver the parcel to the DPD Pickup parcel shop of your choice (next day);
  4. Give a permission to put down a safe place that you determine, for example at the neighbours.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE?

Not fully satisfied? You can return your order within 14 days after receiving your package. Please follow the steps below.

Is your machine damaged or broken? Please contact customer service first, we will help you further.

Note: Products have to be unused and sent back in the original, intact packaging in order to be returned. If this is not the case, the return cannot be processed.

Open the box carefully and examine the product like you would in a store. You can turn the machine on, but you can't use it.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

Follow these steps to return your item(s) quickly and easily.
 

Step 1: Put the items you'd like to return in the box. The items should be unused and complete, the box should be undamaged.

Step 2: Use the return form to select the item(s) you'd like to return, take a picture of the return form and put the form in the package along with the item(s).

Step 3: Send the picture of the complete return form to us by sending an e-mail to service@vonroc.com. We will send you a link in return. With this link you can create a free return label.

Step 4: Put the shipping label on the box and bring the package to a DPD-parcelshop. Make sure to keep the shipping confirmation receipt from DPD until we confirm the arrival of the return.

Step 5: As soon as we have received your return order, our return department will process it within 5 days. After processing your return, you will receive the purchase price on your bankaccount within a few days. If you have any questions about the procedure, please contact us. We'll help you further!

 

Is it possible to exchange product(s)?

At this moment it isn't yet possible to exchange your product(s). If your product(s) meet the terms for returning you can send them back and place a new order for the product of your choice.
