When will I be refunded the purchase price after returning?

Have you returned your package within 14 days according to the step-by-step plan?

Within a few days after we receive the package we will refund the purchase price to your account.

Note: Does it concern a machine with a defect for which warranty applies? Before you return your package, please contact customer service at service@vonroc.com.

Can I exchange an item?

At this time it is not possible to exchange an item for a different item. If your item meets the return conditions, you can always return your order and place a new order to receive the desired product.

Can I physically pick up my package and return it?

Unfortunately we do not have a physical store, so picking up or physically returning a package is not possible.

What is the cost to return my package?

Not quite satisfied with your order? No problem, return is free of charge within 14 days, provided the order is returned unused and in the intact and original packaging.

Please follow the return procedure. Once we have received a completed return form at service@vonroc.com we will send you a link that enables you to create a return label.

Please note: does it concern a defect or a warranty case? Then follow the instructions as given here.

Can I cancel my order?

Have you changed your mind or want to cancel your order for some other reason? You can do the following.

Has the parcel not been shipped yet? Then please contact our customer service as soon as possible. By phone and chat you reach us directly, by mail we come back to you as soon as possible.

Is the package already on its way? Then refuse it at the door with DPD. They will return the package to us, after which we will refund the purchase price within a few days after arrival.
