LOOKING FOR A TABLE SAW?

A task where you want to cut wood, boards or sheet material lengthwise or shorten it? Then a table saw is very suitable for this job. Think for example of cutting solid wood, MDF, chipboard and laminated wood. It is important that the worktop of the saw table is wide or long enough for the material you want to cut. What exactly is a saw table?

A table saw is an electric sawing machine where the object you want to saw rests on a table top, and can be moved back and forth. A saw table is also often called a table saw. This has to do with the fact that the saw blade comes out of the work surface from below. The advantage of this is that you push the material against the saw rather than the saw through the material.  Depending on the saw blade, a saw table can be used for cutting wood, metal or plastic. Saw tables are available with or without a base, as well as saw tables with or without a tilting saw head.

Straight and angled/mitered cuts

For making straight cuts you use a parallel guide, this in combination with a push stick ensures that the board, your laminate or sheet material is cut straight and safe. With the VONROC sawing machine it is also possible to saw a workpiece in mitre or bevel. This is possible when, for example, you want to saw skirting boards, drywall or decking. For this you use the miter guide, you place this guide in the desired angle and put the wood tightly against it. So you saw them very precisely at the right angle. Thanks to the tilting saw head you make perfect wood connections and it is also possible to saw without the guide.

Saw blades for saw table

A table saw is also called a circular table saw. You therefore use a circular saw blade with the correct diameter for your saw table. In addition, it is very important to pay attention to the diameter of the shaft hole as well. Fortunately, many saw blades are available today with a reduction ring, so you can adjust diameter of the shaft hole to fit your table saw machine. VONROC offers two saw blades for this table saw. Safety

It can be dangerous to work with a saw machine, but it doesn't have to be! VONROC likes to think along with you. That is why the machine comes with a push stick, so you don't have to put your fingers near the saw blade when sawing. It is also possible to connect the table saw to your (construction) vacuum cleaner so you have a good view of your cut and can saw safely and accurately. We would also like to advise you never to stand directly behind the sawing machine, but take a seat more to the side. Safety glasses and earplugs are also highly recommended!
