Execution of Agreements

When you make a purchase through the VONROC website, we need certain data to execute this agreement. We also use this data to process the payment, manage returns, and provide a proper warranty. We retain your personal data included in the (financial) administration for a maximum of 7 years after the end of the fiscal year, due to our tax retention obligation.

Account and Ordering Process

VONROC offers the option to create an account on the website. In your account, you can see the order history and easily reorder the same products. It also allows you to purchase other products without having to enter your details again. Purchasing products via the website is always possible without creating an account. If you create an account, we need the following information:

We retain the above personal data linked to your account for 5 years after you last logged into your account or placed the last order.

Reviews

We appreciate your participation in our customer satisfaction surveys. Hence, you will receive an email from our partner, who collects reviews for us, to rate the purchase process experience. We also ask for a rating of the purchased product.

We post reviews on our website because you have left this review with one of our review partners and have given them permission to publish it on our site. We retain this data until it is no longer relevant, or you have indicated to them that you wish to anonymize it.

Contact

If you contact us regarding a question, return, or complaint, we also use your personal data. We may process this data because you have requested it. We retain this data for 5 years after you last made a purchase or contacted us. For personal data included in our financial administration, we retain this data for a maximum of 7 years after the end of the fiscal year, if this is longer than the aforementioned terms, due to our tax retention obligation.

Newsletter

We send you an email newsletter a maximum of 6 times a month because we have received your consent. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe yourself. Every newsletter sent contains a link for direct unsubscription.

Applications

We need your personal data to process applications in preparation for possibly entering into an employment contract. We retain this data for 4 weeks after the position has been filled, unless you give us permission to keep your data after the position has been filled. Any given permission can always be withdrawn by sending us an email. We will then immediately delete your data.

Administration

We are legally required to store your personal data included in our financial administration. We retain this data for 7 years, in accordance with the tax retention obligation.

Cookies

For analytical and advertising purposes, we place cookies because we have a legitimate interest in doing so. You can find the retention periods in our cookie policy. You can always change your cookie settings via the browser. Additionally, VONROC's website may use ReCAPTCHA in its online forms. This tool ensures that the form is filled out by a real person and not a robot.
